Overview
Packs are one-time. We refund unused credits. A used credit is not refundable.
When a credit is used
A credit is reserved when you create a paid event. Delete that event before any sync and the credit comes back. After the first sync the credit is used and is not restored — including if you delete the event later.
Unused credits
Email us within 1 month of purchase for a refund on credits you have not used. On a 3-event pack we refund the unused credits pro-rata against what you paid (after any coupon). After that window, unused credits still work until they expire — they are just not refundable.
Expired credits
Credits last 12 months from purchase. Expired unused credits are not refundable.
Coupons
Refunds are for the amount Razorpay actually collected — the discounted total, not the list price.
How to request
Email hello@fyndmyai.com from the Google account you used to pay. Include the pack, the date, and the Razorpay payment id if you have it. We refund to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days after we issue it.
Free events
The free event and preview sync are not a paid pack. There is nothing to refund.
