Overview
MentionWall is a live social wall for events, built by the FyndMyAI team. These terms cover mentionwall.top. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Accounts
Sign-in is Google via Supabase. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for events created under it.
The product
You create events, add queries (hashtags, keywords, @handles), sync public posts from X, and publish a wall. We store what we need to run that workspace. Features and limits are described on Pricing.
Public walls
The /w/ wall link is public by design. Anyone with the URL can see the synced posts. Only track queries you are willing to put on a screen.
X and other services
We pull public posts that match the queries you add. We do not read DMs. X's terms apply to those posts. MentionWall is an independent tool — not a product of X Corp. Razorpay handles checkout. Google handles sign-in.
Packs and credits
Packs are one-time. A credit is reserved when you create a paid event and returned if you delete it before any sync. After a sync the credit is used. Unused credits can be refunded within 1 month of purchase. Credits themselves last 12 months. Details are on the Refunds page.
Acceptable use
Do not use MentionWall to track private or non-public content, to harass people, or to scrape walls for resale. We can suspend an account that abuses the product or the X API.
No warranty
The product is provided as-is. Syncs depend on the X API. We do not promise uptime, completeness of the feed, or that a given post will appear on the wall.
Liability
Our liability for a paid pack is limited to the amount you paid for unused credits on that pack. We are not liable for venue AV, attendee posts, or third-party outages.
Changes
If these terms change in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
